What we do:

Zentek Scientific is a contract manufacturer that principally manufactures electronic assemblies for flight and space application in accordance with customer-supplied prints while conforming to current high-reliability workmanship and quality standards.

Who are our customers?

Most of our end-users have been government or academic. Flight or Payload electronics accounts for as much as 80% of our volume. The balance of our work is either ground support or industrial/commercial. The latter we encounter when customers have been dissatisfied with other vendors’ quality, cycle time or disinterest due to low volumes.

What are our capabilities?

Our greatest capability is to assemble articles that meet all of the requirements of the assembly documentation without failure. This may require our assistance with parts procurement, drawing or drawing note generation, manufacturability or producibility issues, or even design and layout.  We also can do conformal coating.

Current Workmanship Certifications are:

NASA-STD-8739.1 (Conformal Coating and Polymerics)
NASA-STD-8739.2 (SMT Fabrication and Rework)
NASA-STD-8739.3 (Soldered Electrical Connections)

Quality system standard:

AS9003 (Inspection and Test Quality System) or
AS9100 Less Than, Inspection and Test Quality System
